浙江春风凯特摩机车有限公司，是由浙江春风动力股份有限公司（CFMOTO）控股，与奥地利KTM AG共同出资创办于2018年。公司占地面积10058平方米，设计生产能力为年产五万台。

公司基于KTM790发动机平台和车架技术开发、生产并销售以“CFMOTO”、 “KTM”、“KTMR2R”、“HUSQVARNA MOTORCYCLES”为商标的多种型号摩托车产品。
